Job Requirements
- Finance/Accounting degree (MBA/CPA preferred)
- CFO / senior finance leadership experience
- Corporate finance & reporting expertise
- Financial planning & strategy skills
- Risk management & compliance knowledge
Job Descriptions
- Develop & execute financial strategies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning.
- Ensure accurate/timely financial statements & reports.
- Ensure compliance with standards & tax laws.
- Present financials to leadership/board/stakeholders.
- Evaluate performance, profitability & cost controls.
- Manage liquidity, cash flow & funding.
- Optimize capital structure.
- Lead & mentor finance team.
- Oversee finance ops (accounting, payroll, treasury).
- Strengthen internal controls & prevent fraud.
- Oversee audits & coordinate with external auditors.
- Collaborate with CEO/executives on strategy.
- Report financial risks & forecasts to stakeholders.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
