Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Must be CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of finance/accounting experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in relevant finance Manager or Group of CA
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS), financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP and advanced Excel skills is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills for financial forecasting and variance analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Burmese (spoken and written).
Job Descriptions
- Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections for the group of companies and their branches.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor financial performance across projects and provide variance analyses with actionable recommendations.
- Establish and manage accounting processes for tracking project costs, billings, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and financial data.
- Oversee cash flow management to ensure sufficient funds for ongoing operations.
- Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Salary negotiation on work experience.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
