Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or related role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software.
  • Good understanding of Myanmar taxation and financial regulations
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description
Tax Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare tax returns and manage tax audits.

Team Management:

  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
  • Assign tasks, provide training, and evaluate performance.

Decision-Making Authority:

  • Financial Resource Allocation: Determine the optimal allocation of financial resources across the organization.
  • Investment Decisions: Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations.
  • Cost Management: Identify cost-saving measures and implement cost-reduction strategies.
  • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Accounting Policies: Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  • Financial Reporting: Determine the format and content of financial reports.
  • Tax Planning: Identify tax-saving opportunities and implement strategies.
  • Staffing Decisions: Hire, train, and develop finance and accounting staff.
  • System Implementation: Select and implement financial software and systems

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(Half), Sunday & Public Holiday
