Job Description

Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL, journal and Cost Accounting
Preparation of budget forecasts for monthly, quarterly and annual closing time.
Calculate the variance between budget and actual.
Prepare monthly and yearly reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements
Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly internal report
Consult with a client for finance module.
Prepare the necessary reports and information for the Management team and BODS.
Maintaining accurate financial records and resolving discrepancies
Lead and perform with financial policies and regulations
Mentor juniors, providing guidance and fostering skill development within the team.

Job Requirements

Any graduated and related Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
At least 5 years’ experience in related field
Good understanding of financial and accounting reporting principles
Strong attention to details and familiar with relevant computer software
Good at organizational, time-management, teamwork, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Good at English skills in both written and verbal
Must have positive attitude with good manners and professional mind-set with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility

Strong communication skills with positive attitudes
Can-do attitude
Able to work under pressure

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
