Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) Prefer or any graduated person
  • ACCA Part (II) (or) Diploma in IFRS or Diploma, related with Financial Management
  • Must have knowledge the local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation.
  • Must have at least “5” Years experiences in Chief Account or “3” Years experiences in Assistant Finance Manager.
  • Can understand the business model, detect and prepare to relevant risk or potential conflicts.
  • Must have knowledge in electrical power projects’ estimated budget calculation or Construction projects.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good in English skills.

Job Descriptions

  • Manage and develop all the accounting functions and liaise with all the related internal/ external contacts.
  • Appropriate Business Planning and help in decision making processes to ensure that business is financially successful.
  • Prepare and manage yearly financial plan and project by project financial plan.
  • Calculation estimated cost of new electrical projects included in BEP price, selling price and report to BOD.
  • Develop and maintain financial systems in accordance with the Company’s Business Plan.
  • Direct control to accounting and financial operations process and procedure.
  • Managing the budget forecasting future income and expenses, creating budgets and balance sheets, and ensuring that spending is within budget limits.
  • Establishes budgets, forecasts future cash flows, provides periodic financial analysis
  • Check and manage all financial transactions, including issuing payments, collecting debts, and investing money.
  • Prepares reports and documents covering accounting function, transactions for top management and BOD review.
  • To manage the reports to management as daily report, monthly report & yearly report in detail.
  • To monitor the Internal Control & Accounting System.
  • To keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations, laws and legislation.
  • Overall responsibility of accurate financial reporting and performance management to specific deadlines.
  • To develop, upgrade and improve upon existing policy and procedure and whenever it is necessary.
  • Manages full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts monthly and yearly for the Holding Company and can do implement for reporting system.
  • Predicting future financial Trends.
  • Manages the accounting team in day to day functional operations
  • Can implement Business financial System regarding the business nature.
  • Can Manage Finance and Account Team (Include monitoring as their JDs and their performance Appraisal).

 Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holiday: Saturday (Work from Home), Sunday & Public Holidays
