Job Requirement
• Master of Finance or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting within the Hotel industry, including managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficient in accounting software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Descriptions
• Manage and oversee all financial operations of the Hotel business
• Prepare, monitor, and control budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Analyze revenue, costs, CAPEX, and OPEX to maximize profitability
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and cost analysis for projects
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage cash flow and working capital effectively
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
• Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare required financial documents
• Lead, supervise, and develop the finance team
• Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(Half),Sundays and Public Holidays
Working Hours: 9:00AM~5:00PM
Holidays: Sabbath Day & Public Holidays
