Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin or related field preferred).
  • Experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise staff and manage vendor relationships.

 

Job Descriptions

  • Manage and arrange driver assignment and route optimization for efficiency.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and recovery.
  • Manage service requests and work orders for fleet readiness.
  • Manage to record (licenses, insurance, maintenance),
  • Maintain accurate vehicle, driver, and maintenance records (licenses, registrations, insurance).
  • Process invoices, purchase requisitions, and manage vendor contracts (fuel, repairs).
  • Oversee penalty notices and ensure proper documentation for accidents.
  • Implement and monitor safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Provide driver training and monitor performance for safe operation.
  • Conduct quality control audits and inspections.
  • Generate reports on fleet performance, costs, fuel usage, and breakdowns.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
  • Manages the fleet expense reporting and budgeting.

 

Working Hours: 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM

Holidays:  Sunday & Public Holidays
