Job Descriptions
- Schedule the installation & service.
- Coordinate with sale & marketing, finance, customer service, partner ISP, Contractor and other partner.
- Configure for installation & service (OLT config, ONU, Splynx, etc)
- Collect accessories for installation& service.
- Reporting in a timely manner to installation & service issue & request.
- Support for ONU Collecting
- To do so if required by business requirements or HOD directives.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Fresh Graduated.
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
- Good knowledge of FTTH.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
