Job Requirements

Any bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, MBA preferred.
Must have 5 year experiences in a general manager role within the retail pharmacy field.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing staff, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Work environment, setting strategy, allocating resources, developing managers, building the organization, and overseeing operations.
Able to use computer (Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Drive and Email)
Good Analytical skill, Managerial skill, Organizational skill, Presentation skill, problem-solving skill,
Interpersonal skill and Negotiation skill.
Must have social media marketing skill, content writing skill and training experience

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
