Job Requirements
- Any bachelor degree and business management diploma
- Minimum [8–10] years of senior hotel management experience
- Proven experience as a Hotel GM or Operations Director
- Strong financial, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with [PMS systems / branded hotels / luxury operations]
- Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
Job Descriptions
- Lead and oversee all hotel operations & F&B operations.
- Drive profitability, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure high guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Manage, coach, and develop department heads.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal, and safety requirements.
- Develop sales, marketing, and revenue strategies.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
