Job Descriptions
- Lead branding, marketing, and advertising campaigns, events, and activities for the business development process in the competitive market.
- Assists the senior management in setting policies and procedures for the department and drawing marketing strategies and assignments for the growth of the department.
- Oversee and manage staff according to their units and sections to improve the performance of the department to reach department objectives, assignments, and KPIs.
- Prepare and analyze performance evaluations in their respective units and sections to encourage staff promotions.
- Undertake duties & responsibilities assigned and directed by the BOD.
Job Requirements
- MBA or master’s degree is preferred
- 3-year or 5-year experience in related field
- Excellent skill in Human resource management and Marketing
- Excellent Computer skill
- Excellent Strategic Planning & Problem-Solving abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal abilities
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Two day per month
