Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/higher degree in Business Administration or related field
5 years experience in FMCG field.
Knowledge of business process and functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, Procurement, Operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Fluent in English (both written & spoken)

Job Description

Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and product quality.
Provide strong leadership to a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Develop and manage the budget, monitoring financial performance and ensuring profitability.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote products and services.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective advertising and promotional campaigns.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Direct the employee assessment process
Prepare regular reports for upper management
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Working Hours: 8:45 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
