Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree plus Business Management diploma, (MBA Holder is more Preferable)
• Over 5year experience in Senior management level
• Good leadership skill, Communication skill, Collaboration and delegation skill
• Business working knowledge of operational procedures
Job Description
• Oversee day to day operation, assigning weekly goals and assuring their completion
• Responsible for set up KPI and review of sales team and operation to achieve KPI
• Monitoring the branch operation and management to develop branch Productivity
• Implement strategies on market penetration, new market development
• Lead the sale team keeping the high level of motivation and feedback with a view to build an aggressive
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing process, overseeing employee, establishing a highly motivated work environment and creating innovative approaches for improvement
• Can control and manage sales department , Account department, warehouse department and HR departament.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
