Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree plus Business Management diploma, (MBA Holder is more Preferable)
- Over 5year experience in Senior management level
- Good leadership skill, Communication skill, Collaboration and delegation skill
- Business working knowledge of operational procedures
Job Description
- Oversee day to day operation, assigning weekly goals and assuring their completion
- Responsible for set up KPI and review of sales team and operation to achieve KPI
- Monitoring the branch operation and management to develop branch Productivity
- Implement strategies on market penetration, new market development
- Lead the sale team keeping the high level of motivation and feedback with a view to build an aggressive
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing process, overseeing employee, establishing a highly motivated work environment and creating innovative approaches for improvement
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: One day per week
