Job Requirements

Any Graduate with related diplomas and MBA is preferred
Minimum (10) years experiences in garment industry and proven has experience in FOB
Proficient in English (4) skills and preferable in Chinese language is plus
Proficiency in Microsoft office, Email, Internet
Excellent market penetration skill
Strong decision-making ability
Manage a high-performance team.
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication, collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel frequently on short notice is essential.

Job Descriptions

Responsibility for market research of identify for demand of product design, culture.
Identify new market opportunities and potential business plan for expansion.
Responsible for market penetration from CMP to FOB
Analyze market garment sector trends and competitors to stay ahead in the garment industry.
Responsibility for strategic business plan of garment sector.
Develop and manage strategic sale and marketing plan.
Conducting thorough coordination to obtain the project.
Responsibility of contract signing with customer/business partners.
Responsibility for term and condition for contract agreement with customer.
Oversee supply chain operations and identify & mitigate risk.
Responsibility for acquire new customer/business partners.
Building and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and business partners.
To focus customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
