Job Requirements
- Any bachelor degree and business management diploma
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Operation Management in Hotel and Resort field
- Preferred candidates from Hotel field
- Good interpersonal and English 4 skill
- Good Management and Leadership skill for deeply operation
- Business and financial principle strong working knowledge of operational procedures
Job Descriptions
- Handling complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures.
- Manage on going Profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
- Developing improvement actions, carry out cost savings.
- Prepare a monthly financial report for the owners and stakeholders
- Draw up plans and budget (revenues, costs, etc.) for the owners.
- Act as a final decision maker in hiring key staff Coordination with HOD’s for the execution of all activi-ties and functions.
- Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
- Be accountable for the responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
- Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
- Lead in all aspects of business planning
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
