Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related field
- Minimum (5–10) years of experience in transportation/logistics management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of transportation regulations and fleet management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and transportation management systems
Job Description
- Manage daily transportation operations including fleet, drivers, and logistics activities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and route optimization
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate staff performance (drivers, supervisors, admin team)
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services
- Prepare budgets, control expenses, and monitor financial performance
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high service satisfaction
- Implement risk management and safety procedures
- Prepare reports for top management regarding operations and performance
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
