Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree ( Business related degree preferred)
- Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, MBA preferred.
- Age between 35 to 45 years old
- Minimum 5 year experiences as a general manager role in trading field. ( Electric & Electronics industry preferred)
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing staff, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Work environment, setting strategy, allocating resources, developing managers, building the organization, and overseeing operations.
- Good Analytical skill, Managerial skill, Organizational skill, Presentation skill, problem-solving skill,
- Interpersonal skill and Negotiation skill.
- Must have social media marketing skill and training experience
- Must have proficient skill on computer (Microsoft office, Google Drive and Email)
- Able to work under pressure
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Four days per month
