- Experience with financial planning and budget management.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and business strategies.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Office-based with occasional travel as needed.
Job Description
- Lead, direct, and manage all company operations.
- Foster teamwork and provide leadership support to department heads.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage company budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditures.
- Oversee cost management, pricing strategies, and financial reporting.
- Ensure smooth daily operations across departments.
- Develop and improve processes and systems to enhance productivity.
- Handle risk management and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Address employee concerns, performance reviews, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Address client concerns and oversee customer service standards.
- Identify potential business partnerships and maintain good relations with stakeholders.
- Report to the Board of Directors or company executives.
- Provide regular updates on company performance and future plans.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
