- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior managerial role.

Job Descriptions
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Align operations with organizational vision and objectives.
Operational Oversight
- Manage day-to-day operations across departments.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and workflow optimization.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics.
Financial Management
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Control costs, increase revenue, and ensure profitability.
- Approve major expenses and investments.
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff.
- Foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Customer & Stakeholder Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and external events.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.
Reporting & Communication
- Report regularly to the board or executive leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
