Job Requirement

Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior operational roles and over 6 years experiences as General Manager.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
Solid understanding of business functions (e.g., HR, Marketing, Operation).

Job Description

Develop and implement strategic business plan to achieve company objectives.
Oversee daily operations of the business or department.
Lead, manage and develop department heads and staff.
Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and industry standards.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for business growth, cost reduction and improved efficiency.
Report directly to executive leadership or the board of directors.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided.
