Job Requirements
- Any graduated (Degree from Sales/Marketing/International Business or other related field)
- Minimum 2year of working experience in sales.
- Must have over 3years working experience as sales & marketing in Cosmetics & Skin Care field.
- Must have General Trade Marketing Experiences.
Job Descriptions
- Manage Retail Channel responsible for trade marketing campaigns including loyalty programs, commercial partners’ training courses, and production of branding & POP materials.
- Brief, communicate and supervise advertising agency.
- Collaborates with various Distributor’s general trade personnel at different levels to achieve individual volume objectives of brands in the channel.
- Ensures that key decision makers of the assigned general trade and wholesale accounts are engaged, and the appropriate contacts are made on the agreed frequency.
- Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.
- Interact regularly with wholesalers, sub distributors and tertiary channels related to weekly selling, del1venes and stock availability.
- Maintain regular and frequent store visits to ensure brand presence, door volume, visual roll-out and product churn.
- Prepare and comply with weekly sales route plan I gen trade exclusive team way plan.
- Develop account specific standards for merchandising, range, promotions, pricing & trade investments.
- Maintain a physical presence the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution & adherence to agreements.
- Execute trade promotion calendar on agreed intervals as per trade marketing guidelines.
- Monitor performance and compliance to volume, distribution, and merchandising objectives taking corrective action where appropriate.
- Analyze market needs, develop channel strategies in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager.
- Work hand in hand with the Trade Marketing Manager in presenting the optimal SKU assortment sell-in to clients using available data sources.
- Identify account distribution issues and work towards resolving them.
- Ensure pricing policy compliance for the company’s products in the assigned channel.
- Increase assigned account’s revenue contribution and identify new business opportunities adhering to given budget structure.
- Propose key elements of Marketing Plan and Go to Market Plan in accordance w1th the Retail.
- Strategy of the company.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Immediate Supervisor.
Working Hours: 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
