JOB DESCRITIONS
- Lead the development and evolution of the company’s brand identity, including logos, color palettes, typography and visual elements.
- Have to draw designs with creative ideas according to the management guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design strategies that align with business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, products and digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitor branding and industry best practices.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to external agencies when necessary.
- Create visually engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements and social media graphics.
- Ensure all marketing collateral is on-brand and effectively communicates the company’s message.
- Design and optimize user interfaces for the company’s website and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure a seamless and visually appealing online experience.
- Design print materials such as packaging, labels and promotional materials.
- Work with print vendors to ensure the highest quality output.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design elements across the organization.
- Educate team members and stakeholders on brand guidelines and best practices.
- Have to create motion design.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Any bachelor’s degree graduate or related certificates.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography and color theory.
- Must have at least 3 years of related experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations of other graphics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to drive the operation even in a tough situation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Working Hours: 10:00AM To 6:00PM
Holidays: 6 days per month
