Job Requirements

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in product packaging and marketing materials.
Experience with branding and creating a cohesive visual identity.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of web design tools if web-based projects are necessary (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma).
Ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas for product designs and marketing campaigns.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design projects.
High attention to detail to ensure designs are polished and professional.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to understand and implement the company’s vision.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management tools can be a plus.
Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and techniques.
Understanding of the agriculture and fertilizer industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve design-related issues that may arise during the production process.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
