Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills for handling multiple campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to develop and coordinate marketing content and materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Office-based with occasional travel for events or vendor meetings.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak campaigns or events.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, user guidebooks, tutorials, and online content.
  • Work with the design team to produce visually engaging materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Schedule and optimize social media posts, engage with audiences, and track performance metrics.
  • Support SEO efforts and manage paid advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events like product launches, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Support budget management to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
