Job Descriptions

  • Develop and execute business development strategy aligned with company’s overall business strategy and goals
  • Build and maximize synergy between Companies towards company’s overall business strategy and goals
  • Identify and develop new opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Participate in negotiation for strategic deals, partnerships and joint ventures
  • Represent Company Group in high-level business meetings, conferences and networking events
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, service, or geographies
  • Develop, train and manage effective and efficient Sales Team
  • Develop, train and manage effective and efficient Marketing Team
  • Develop business development plan, target and budgets annually
  • Manage, monitor, review and take necessary actions weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly to keep the annual business development plan, target and budgets on track
  • Lead, mentor and grow the members of the Business Development Department (Sales Team and Marketing Team)
  • Establish KPIs for each team, each member of the Business Development and ensure that Targets are met
  • Manage CRM Software Implementation and Adoption across Company Group
  • Acquire Market Intelligence, Customer Feedback and work closely with Product Teams, Delivery Teams,
  • After-Sales Team to improve organization’s competitiveness
  • Continuously refine the Business Development Processes, Frameworks and Operation Procedures
  • Report overall Business Development Performance to Senior Management and Board of Directors

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holder, preferable Master of Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of management/leadership experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management
  • Skill and Work Experiences
  • Experience in identifying and developing new Business Opportunities
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships
  • Strong analytical and research skills (market trends, competitor analysis, customer needs)
  • Basic Project Management Knowledge
  • Experience of using CRM Software
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Strong networking mindset
  • Result-driven, self-motivated and adaptable to rapidly changing business environments

Working Hour: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
