Job Requirements
- Must have Bachelor degree in Engineering Background.
- At least 6 years in experience in relevant fields.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Can speak English language at communication level.
Job Descriptions
- Improve and implement factory operations in accordance with the evolving methods.
- Collaborate in hiring and training new factory employees.
- Develop and implement product quality improvement plans in collaboration with the Quality Control Department.
- Ensure proper operation of machinery.
- Analyze product data, record and resolve production problems.
- Prepare production reports and present them to decision-makers.
- Regularly inspect finished products to ensure quality.
- Encourage and reward employees to consistently produce the specified product volume.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
