Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in trading, manufacturing sectors.
- At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role managing multi-branch or group operations.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Job Description
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support the group’s expansion in trading and manufacturing business.
- Lead recruitment and workforce planning for all business units.
- Standardize HR policies and procedures across all trading entities and branches.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen performance management systems and KPI-driven culture.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives
- Oversee compensation structures aligned with market trends in trading and manufacturing sectors.
- Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and operational efficiency
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alt), Sunday & Public Holidays
