Job Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Prefer MBA or Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
- Able to travel.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industry.
- Highly analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Customer Service Oriented, Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance data to assess and refine strategies for achieving higher results.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Set individual and team performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve the sales team’s skills and knowledge of real estate products.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Identify potential high-value clients and develop personalized sales approaches.
Sales Operations
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging real estate markets.
- Develop partnerships with property developers, investors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure all sales activities comply with local real estate regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to sales contracts and agreements.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Monday & Public Holiday
