Job Requirements

AGTI or BE (Electrical/ Mechanical) Holder.
At least 5 years experiences in Hotel Engineering or Building maintenance.
Must have knowledge and experience in Solar system
Able to work independently with positive attitude.
Detailed knowledge of Building Mechanical or Electrical asset maintenance or renewal.
Knowledge of current legislation, standards, etc. pertaining to Mechanical, Heating or Electrical installations & buildings Computer skills and knowledge of office software pack.
Have knowledge in safety management and quality management.
Good management skill in manpower, material, quality, workmanship, documentations, progress & schedule.
Well Experiences in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
Knowledge with FLS, PABX and Generator Maintenance.
Maintain Building and Office Assets.
Strong cooperation and coordination with team and Contractors.
Good Communication Skill and interpersonal.
Strongly command, implement and plan for Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance works.
Provide strongly technical support to tenants and building management as necessary.
Good communication, interpersonal, making decision, initiative in work and motivated.
Good computer literacy in Microsoft and Auto-Cad software.
Willingness to take responsible and understand the safety and health working procedure.
Willing to work with day & night shifts.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: A day per week
