Job Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an Admin & HR Assistant or similar roles in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in English and Myanmar.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to research online.
- Ability to communicate formally in emails.
- Understanding of HR regulations and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of grant management and HR processes is a plus.
Job Descriptions
Office Administration:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure their availability when needed.
- Handle general office maintenance and coordinate repairs or maintenance services.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and clients.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean office environment.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare new employee paperwork and conduct orientation for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Support the performance appraisal process by gathering feedback and updating records.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and direct employees to the appropriate resources.
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sat (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
