Job Requirements

  • Age between 20 to 28
  • Any Graduated and Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Job Descriptions

  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Assist in preparing EC -employment contracts and HR-related letters.
  • Assist in the performance reviews and appraisals, ensure all the documentation is updated.
  • Monitor staff daily attendance, leave records
  • Manage office suppliers, stationary, and ensure the smooth function of office operation.
  • Handle the travel arrangement, visa and accommodations for employee, management and guests as required
  • Assist the organizing internal meeting, training sessions and events.
  • Manage the petty Cash fund and process bills, expenses and others related.
  • Manage day-to-day office Administration, including maintaining, office supplies, handling.
  • Co-lead in HR Smart initiatives. (Engagement activities, team building, people safety and caring initiative, vaccination program).

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
