Job Requirements
  • Any Graduate.
  • Must have HR Diploma or Certificate.
  • 2-years’ experience in related field.
  • Able to use computer Office application (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet, Email etc…)
  • Strong communication skill & interpersonal skill.
Job Descriptions
  • Responsible for general administration (Staff, Security, IT, Vehicles, Assets, etc.)
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Assist to arrange interviews for the staff recruitments
  • Arrange new staff onboarding process
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the staff
  • Update and maintain staff contact lists, address book, reports
  • Prepare daily attendance, leave and overtime
  • Prepare documents and filing paperwork
  • Announcement (group activities, annual trips, events, etc.)
  • Purchase the Stationery items (once in 2 months)
  • Attend meetings related with staff, Admin/HR IT, etc
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Prepare HR forms and office letters
  • Update staff profile (as and when needed)
  • Update and maintain Company letter head & logo (as and when needed)
  • Monthly leave and OT attendance report
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
