- Bachelor Degree in HR Management, BA or related field.
- Must have a Diploma or Certificate in HR Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR field.
- Good skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Skills.
- Flexible, reactive and trustful.
- Able to work under pressure.
Job Description
- Develop HR Policies, procedures and documentation.
- Conduct orientation for new employees. Staff training for existing employees.
- Posting job vacancies.
- Arranging Interview and Hiring Process.
- Manage attendance records and processing payroll, income tax, SSB and OT calculation.
- Purchasing of Office Stationaries, Office supplies and equipment.
- Arrange hotel booking and tickets.
- Preparation of Contracts, License and Renewal.
- Arrange rental process if needed.
- Checking office vehicle and delivery routes.
Skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor law.
- Can communicate with Government Office.
- Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationship with colleagues.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
