Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in HR Management, BA or related field.
  • Must have a Diploma or Certificate in HR Management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR field.
  • Good skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Skills.
  • Flexible, reactive and trustful.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Job Description

  • Develop HR Policies, procedures and documentation.
  • Conduct orientation for new employees. Staff training for existing employees.
  • Posting job vacancies.
  • Arranging Interview and Hiring Process.
  • Manage attendance records and processing payroll, income tax, SSB and OT calculation.
  • Purchasing of Office Stationaries, Office supplies and equipment.
  • Arrange hotel booking and tickets.
  • Preparation of Contracts, License and Renewal.
  • Arrange rental process if needed.
  • Checking office vehicle and delivery routes.

Skills

  • Good knowledge of HR practices and labor law.
  • Can communicate with Government Office.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationship with colleagues.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
