Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- [1-3] years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Descriptions
- Assist in job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records (personal files, attendance, leave).
- Ensure all HR documents are properly filed (hard & soft copies).
- Assist in daily attendance processing , and leave management.
- Handle employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and policies.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Assist in organizing company events and engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
- Assist in audits and documentation for legal compliance.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.
- Handle vendor coordination (cleaning, security, maintenance).
- Assist in office maintenance and workplace safety checks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Gazette Holidays
