Job Description
- Oversee general office operations, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Must be experienced in handling motor vehicle-related tasks
- Manage office facilities, utilities, and vendor relationships.
- Organize meetings, events, and company activities as required.
- Prepare reports, letters, and administrative documents.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree and HR diploma certificate.
- 2– 4 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazette Holidays
