Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in HR & Admin Generalist role
- Preferably B.Com, BBA, or Advance Diploma in HRM
- Have experience in HRIS System
- Strong understanding of Myanmar Labor Laws
- In-depth knowledge of Vehicle management and maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools
- Strong Communication, Problem Solving and Organizational skills
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process
- Oversee all Hiring, Onboarding, Promotion, Transfer and Termination process
- Calculate Payroll, Leave management and Benefit Administration
- Design and deliver Training programs
- Arrange Employee Engagement activities
- Maintain and update employee records and profiles
- Implement HR Policies, Procedures and HR-related forms per Company’s requirement
- Handle Employee Relation matters – conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures
- Manage vehicle arrangements, maintenance, and related duties
- Manage office administration – procurement, maintenance, office supplies, and facilities
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Overall HR operations and administrative tasks
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
