Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in HR & Admin Generalist role
  • Preferably B.Com, BBA, or Advance Diploma in HRM
  • Have experience in HRIS System
  • Strong understanding of Myanmar Labor Laws
  • In-depth knowledge of Vehicle management and maintenance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools
  • Strong Communication, Problem Solving and Organizational skills

 

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process
  • Oversee all Hiring, Onboarding, Promotion, Transfer and Termination process
  • Calculate Payroll, Leave management and Benefit Administration
  • Design and deliver Training programs
  • Arrange Employee Engagement activities
  • Maintain and update employee records and profiles
  • Implement HR Policies, Procedures and HR-related forms per Company’s requirement
  • Handle Employee Relation matters – conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures
  • Manage vehicle arrangements, maintenance, and related duties
  • Manage office administration – procurement, maintenance, office supplies, and facilities
  • Handle confidential information with integrity
  • Overall HR operations and administrative tasks

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
