Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Human Resources and office administration,
- Business Administration, or a related field.
- At Lese HR /admin 2- or 3-years’ experience in HR /admin roles preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Descriptions
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they complete necessary documentation and receive proper orientation.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor
- Support the attendance and leave records processing and benefits administration, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Help with internal audits and compliance
- Maintain employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and other essential
- Assist with tracking employee performance and helping managers implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Prepare HR and administration reports related to staffing, turnover, compliance, and employee
- Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies when needed, and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring that documents are properly categorized and easy to access.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages as necessary. Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Assist in organizing office events, team-building activities, and meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, ensuring timely distribution and delivery.
- Provide general support to other departments, including data entry, research, and assisting with
- project management tasks.
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
