Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field, providing foundational knowledge and skills relevant to HR functions.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 year of experience in HR executive roles or similar positions, demonstrating proficiency in HR practices and procedures.
- Solid understanding of the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation processes, to effectively navigate various stages of employee management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to achieve shared objectives.
- Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including integrity, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, to effectively lead HR initiatives and inspire confidence among team members.
Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and attendance records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Facilitate the performance review process, setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to employees and managers to enhance productivity and professional growth.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings and candidate screening to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
- Evaluate and monitor departmental budgets, collaborating with finance and department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and fiscal responsibilities.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries, payroll processing, benefits administration, and policy enforcement, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure employee adherence to company policies and procedures, including code of conduct, safety regulations, and legal compliance, addressing any violations or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances, conduct thorough investigations, and promote a safe and inclusive work environment, fostering employee well-being and organizational harmony.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement in retention strategies, facilitating smooth transitions and preserving valuable insights.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
