Job Description

  • Oversee general office operations, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Must be experienced in handling motor vehicle-related tasks
  • Manage office facilities, utilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize meetings, events, and company activities as required.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and administrative documents.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree and HR diploma certificate.
  • 2– 4 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazette Holidays
