Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of (3) years’ experience
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle late-hour staff shifts if required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Job Descriptions
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- To ensure smooth operations, HR policies must be developed in collaboration with department heads, including drafting policies, rules and regulations, procedures, and organizational structures.
- Maintaining HR records and databases, including employee files, attendance records and HR software updates.
- Preparing Employment Contract and HR related documents.
- Record staffs’ attendance, leave and prepare monthly report
- Assisting HR Manager in Monthly Payroll process and preparing pay slips
- Maintain and update employee records (Both digital and physical)
- Issue Staff Uniform, Staff identity cards for permanent staffs
- Oversee daily office operations and facility management
- Manage vendor contracts, office supplies, and logistics
- Organize company events and meetings
- Update the staff personal file for monthly
- Problem Solving and employee relations issues
- Perform other tasks assigned by superior
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
