Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. (Any Graduate)
- Preferable (Dip in HR), Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, administration, or corporate management.
- Experience with HR software, payroll systems, and employee management tools.
- Recruitment, payroll, labor laws, and performance management.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to handle multiple HR tasks and office administration efficiently.
- Ability to handle disputes and improve HR operations.
- Accuracy in maintaining employee records and HR compliance.
- Experience using HRMS (Human Resource Management Software) such as:Zoho People, BambooHR, Workday, or Gusto.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, or Paycor).
- High level of confidentiality when handling employee information.
- Proactive and self-motivated in implementing HR policies.
- Team player with leadership qualities.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and manage the hiring process (posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Maintain an up-to-date employee database and ensure proper documentation of HR records.
- Conduct orientation programs for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Handle employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns, disputes, and grievances.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance through KPI tracking and performance appraisals.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Process monthly payroll, bonuses, and benefits using HR software.
- Maintain and update attendance records, leave applications, and overtime calculations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations.
- Oversee health and safety policies in the workplace.
- Manage employee insurance and benefits.
- Maintain HR reports, employee records, and policy documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and company regulations.
- Regularly update employee handbooks and conduct workplace policy training.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays.
