Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree. (Any Graduate)
  • Preferable (Dip in HR), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, administration, or corporate management.
  • Experience with HR software, payroll systems, and employee management tools.
  • Recruitment, payroll, labor laws, and performance management.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  •  Ability to handle multiple HR tasks and office administration efficiently.
  •  Ability to handle disputes and improve HR operations.
  •  Accuracy in maintaining employee records and HR compliance.
  • Experience using HRMS (Human Resource Management Software) such as:Zoho People, BambooHR, Workday, or Gusto.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, or Paycor).
  • High level of confidentiality when handling employee information.
  • Proactive and self-motivated in implementing HR policies.
  • Team player with leadership qualities.

Job Descriptions

  • Develop and manage the hiring process (posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Maintain an up-to-date employee database and ensure proper documentation of HR records.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Handle employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns, disputes, and grievances.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance through KPI tracking and performance appraisals.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Process monthly payroll, bonuses, and benefits using HR software.
  • Maintain and update attendance records, leave applications, and overtime calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Oversee health and safety policies in the workplace.
  • Manage employee insurance and benefits.
  • Maintain HR reports, employee records, and policy documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and company regulations.
  • Regularly update employee handbooks and conduct workplace policy training.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays.
