• Any graduate and Must have Human Resource certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years above of experience in related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient Computer Skills.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle & Manage company pretty cash & budget proposal of HR & Admin Expenses
• Processing payments and following up on unpaid balances.
• Evaluated performance appraisal and KPI. Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
• Calculated Payroll, SSB, income tax, monthly allowance, attendance & etc., (HR Global Software)
• General report to, Director .To maintain the rules and regulations of the organization. Control soft copy, hard copy (including confidential documents and records.).
• Supervising to security, cleaner, gardener and driver. Maintains the whole office stationery,
• necessaries.
• Handle Fuel & office car expense.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
