Job Requirements
• တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ HR နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော Certificate (သို့) Diploma လက်ကိုင်ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အသက် (၃၅)နှစ်အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Admin HR Department တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (2) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
• Computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email) ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုတတ်ရမည်။
• HR Policies များချမှတ်ပြီး Organization အား ကောင်းမွန်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရပါမည်။
• Interpersonal Skill, Problem – solving skill ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Team Work ကောင်းမွန်စွာ တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရပါမည်။
• အလုပ် Pressure ဒဏ်ခံနိုင်ရပါမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday , Sunday & Gazette Holidays.
