Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of any discipline (HR, Administration preferred)
- 5+ years experiences in HR and/or Administration department.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills.
Job Responsibilities
1. HR Regions
- Manage the recruitment life cycle across all functions as per SOP & selection process.
- Ensure the implementation of a cost effectiveness Recruitment Plan.
- Ensure the salary calculation for HO & All branches & budget preparations
- Ensure that the Job Requisition Forms are completed for all position sources-New/Replacement.
- Maintain and review all record management pertaining to Employee’s Personnel Files, Attendance data,
- Leave data, late & absent etc. and the record of Annual Performance Review of each employee.
- Ensure that the Orientation Process for New Employees.
- Review and participate for full resignation process.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assisting with the performance management and review process.
- Prepare monthly report for recruitment, resignation & expenses.
2. Administration Regions
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operation.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance process & arrange the vehicle requisition.
- Monitor cost & expenses to assist in budget preparation for office utilities, vehicle maintenance, fuel usage & grab etc.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
- Ensures maintenance of all facilities are well maintained, clean and comfortable.
- To support the stakeholder’s requirements
- Prepare the monthly report for all expenses of administration region.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
