Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Admin or HR Diploma တတ်မြောက်ပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Field
- Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Negotiate base on experience and skills
Job Description
- Administrative and Executive Support:
Act as the primary point of contact between the NED and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage the NED’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. - Operational Support:
Address operational issues and provide support in daily business activities.
Assist in streamlining business processes and improving efficiency.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow. - Human Resources Management:
Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and employee information.
Act as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related queries.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Support the NED in building a strong and effective team.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate training sessions.
Identify and assist in hiring key personnel for all businesses.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Research best practices for team development and employee engagement.
Assist in drafting company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and industry standards.
Help establish best practices for efficiency and workplace productivity. - Other Duties as Required:
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the NED.
Attend meetings and take minutes when necessary.
Manage special projects as required.
Assist with personal tasks related to the NED’s business needs.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
