Job Requirements

  • Any Degrees
  • At least 7 years in related field (3 years’ experience in middle management)
  • Age between 30 to 40 years
  • Good in English (4 skills)
  • Strong knowledge in labor law and regulation and other related laws regulation to support the HR & GA job functions.
  • Knowledge in HR Software (HRIS, Fingerprint, etc.,)
  • Good in time management and self- discipline
  • Effective oral and written communication skills both English and Myanmar
  • The ability to work independently and manage the team.
  • Budgetary management and control

 

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for setting up the working schedule (for whole-year planning) of the human resources functions and general affairs functions.
  • Responsible for managing the overall HR functions, such as recruitment and selection, to fulfill the organizational manpower plan.
  • Controlling the employee turnover rate and planning the employee retention plan.
  • Analyzing the training needs and arranging to support training for the employee’s development.
  • Managing the compensation and remuneration packages for both local and foreign employees (payroll, allowance payment, salary survey, salary structure, job grade updating, etc.).
  • Processing for the Personal Income Tax (PIT) payment and tax clearance
  • Handling the benefits claim process from the SSB Office
  • Managing the performance evaluation process (twice a year)
  • Implementing the process of organizational development to meet organizational goals
  • Managing the process of health, safety, and employee welfare (uniform, lunch)
  • Conducting the human resources administration process that is concerned with employees
  • Building good communication between employees and employers
  • Keeping employment, industrial, and labor relations
  • Responsible for managing government relationship processes such as labor, SSB, tax, MCDC, immigration, and all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, and registration while liaising with various government departments.
  • Handling the labor issue.
  • Responsible for the asset control process.
  • Approach to updating, revising, and implementing the policy and procedure by complying with the business needs.
  • Managing the repair and maintenance process
  • Arranging the transportation (office cars only) and tracking the car’s way, as well as arranging the fuel for operational needs
  • Managing the stationery and office supplies
  • Responsible for managing maids and security
  • Managing the leasing agreements (building, car, etc.)
  • Supporting the management team (foreigner).
  • Controlling the budget.

                                                                       

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:10 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
