Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or preferred Master’s degree in business administration, human resources management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist or other human resource’s role.
  • Solid knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • More preferable at the manufacturing background.
  • Excellent in MS Office and management skills and reporting skills.
  • Must be good interpersonal skills and negotiation skill and able to build and maintain good relations.

Job Description

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants.
  • Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date.
  • Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Performing administrative tasks.
  • Overseeing employee health and safety procedures.
  • Maintaining employee records and paperwork.

Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
