Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of any discipline (HR, Administration preferred)
• 5+ years experiences in HR and/or Administration department
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills

 

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Prepare and report to Managing Director on timely basis and assist MD during Steering Committee meetings.
• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities for downtown office.
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
• Oversee the budget of facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
• Ensure every operation adhere to policies and regulations set.
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage and conduct interviews for the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment within the office.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance of the staff.
• Maintain pay plan and develop benefits program for the staff.
• Assess training needs to develop, carry out, and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
