Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management and administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Descriptions
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and employee well-being and benefits.
- Implement processes, procedures, and policies aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
- Lead professional employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Effectively manage headcount and control workforce costs.
- Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws and handle labor relations, including external labor organizations, when necessary.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the talent development team.
- Provide leadership and training to all employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of office rental contracts, equipment, fixed assets, supplies, and facilities.
- Manage the budget for the administrative department, ensuring expenses are accounted for and within guidelines.
- Provide guidance and direction to the team, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of work.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
