Job Requirements

  • Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Descriptions

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and employee well-being and benefits.
  • Implement processes, procedures, and policies aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
  • Lead professional employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Effectively manage headcount and control workforce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws and handle labor relations, including external labor organizations, when necessary.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the talent development team.
  • Provide leadership and training to all employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Oversee the maintenance and management of office rental contracts, equipment, fixed assets, supplies, and facilities.
  • Manage the budget for the administrative department, ensuring expenses are accounted for and within guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the team, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of work.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
