Job Requirements
- Any Graduated (Diploma /Certificate HRM)
- Must have Experience in officer level (3) Years.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skill.
- Able to work under pressure and deadline.
- Must have knowledge of Labor Laws, Administration and Safety.
Job Descriptions
- Assist to HR & Admin Manager for development of HR & Admin Management function
- Provide day to day operations of the HR functions.
- Implementation compensation and benefits policies and Plans, HR policies, rules & regulations and action program for disciplinary issues.
- Recruit, interview and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures.
- Provide day to day operations of the HR & Admin functions.
- Disciplinary Handlings, Staff Events, Benefits & General administrations
- Daily checking in Operation attendance
- Daily support to Operation team as require
- Support the development of OHS policies and programs
- Day to day payment process
- Monthly report to HR & Admin Manager
- Risk assessment review and report to HR & Admin Manager
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holiday: Sunday & Gazette Holidays
Benefits: Lunch, Ferry will be provided
